Lying Call Centre Agents

It is very frustrating to have to keep posting bad reviews on Hello Peter to get any reaction from Glocell. This is the second time I am having to post on the platform to invoke a reaction from Glocell. Glocell has closed all its stores except one in Midrand which makes it very difficult to get any service from them. I want to do a sim Swap and the call center agents have been promising to deliver a sim to me for the past 5 days and whenever I call or email the call center agents say that it is being delivered the same day. It is obvious that the stores are closing down due the loss of clientele as the Glocell service levels are poor. It is clear that they lie to customers without actually intending to meet their service obligations. I hope this gets the attention of the senior people at Glocell and alerts them to what is actually going on at the call center (that is if they don't already know and promote this sort of behaviour).
