Lines locked for two weeks for no reason, CC not reachable

<p>Good day, Please assist me as you guys seem to be the only people that Glocell will listen to, my lines were locked going on 3 weeks now even though the accounts are update . After numerous attempts to contact them still nothing happens as i am being sent from pillar to post, This is inconviniencing as my whole family fall under my acc ( mother acc), this is really irritating as they are quick to take my money at the end of every month and all i get is an egg in the face. I am so sadenned as i have had theses contracts with for over 12 years now, i am glad my contract will be ending soon and i will not be renewing any of them. Number in question ********** 100</p>
