LCD broken without dropping phone

Good day About 3 weeks ago, my Samsung J7Pro cellphone fell and my screen turned black. I was told that my LCD needed to be replaced. I went to a cellphone repair shop(V celullar) at a mall in Three Rivers, Vereeniging. A foreigner (Indian/Pakistaani) working at the shop told me I need to replace the LCD and will charge me R1200 for an original LCD. I agreed and he fixed my phone and I paid him.

3 weeks later, my screen is half black again and I did not drop it. I suspect he sold me a **** LCD. He refuses to help me.

I would like Glocell to verify if the LCD that he put is actually original. thank you
