LACK OF COMMUNICATION

<p>I have become a client of Glocell by default after being with Autopage cellular for 17 years. I havebeen ****** twice in the past 6 weeks . Caling the call centre is useless. i spent 12 minutes on the line now and eventually the line went dead. There is no local agency in Vereeniging and i need to visit South gate agency everytime i need assistance (55 kns from me) My first claim was processed and i received a new cellw ithin about 10 days of the claim. A gent at the South Gate agency assisted me. On my second claim i have been told yesterday that the claim was approved and i needed to pay an excess. (the excess increased since the first claim) i have paid the excess and am waiting for feedback on when i can expect the new cell. The insurance lady at glocell could not assist me because i do not have a ticket number. the gent as the south gate mall is not at work today and his colleague is trying to assist me. is this what i can expect from glocell in the future? the behavioru of the specific agent has also frustrated me and i dont believe he is acting in my best interest. All i would like be given is feedback. </p>
