Just shut down!

The whole Glocell organization is useless! I am highly frustrated and tired of querying my accounts with them. Definitely taking my business elsewhere. Contract ended 2 months ago and I have not renewed nor have I upgraded, but am still being charged for a device fee. I don't even know what purpose the Glocell Stores serve, especially the one in Melrose Arch, we visited that particular store twice in 2 months and they always have system issues, they don't even have catalogues advertising current deals. They couldn't even help with my device charge query because they have limited access, so all the lady could do was log a call and get back to me the following Monday, I am still waiting for her call 2 Mondays later!! Not gonna stick around to lose more money on this *********** bunch!
