Incredible ineptitude

<p>My wife had her phone ******. It happens. We went to Glocell to initiate the insurance claim. Walk in to the Centurion Mall branch and the the first thing you see is someone sleeping behind the counter. She had to pay R600 fee to start things off because thats how the insurance works. She did that. Hellen is helping us, we ask her what phones are available to choose from as my wifes insurance covered her up to R10000. No, she doesnt know. Theres no list of whats available. They have only ******* cheapies. She will get the list from h office, shes going to email them but she has no idea when they will respond. Really? Eventually 2 days later, we have a list. My wife chooses one. Oops sorry, thats not available, if you are willing to wait fine. My wife choose another one. Cool. They have it and will courier it to the branch. 2 weeks later still no feedback from Hellen. I make one phone call, the phone is there the next day. By the way, dont try and phone the listed no, it literally doesnt work. The phone arrives nearly one full month after we started this entire debacle. Opps, the phone arrives with no paperwork. Sorry, cant give it to you, we first have to confirm its yours. Again, really? We phoned the day before and arranged for the delivery to the store and its not my wifes? I then got another call saying the paperwork is still with the courier. Come back tomorrow. Unbelievable.</p>
