Incompitent and Rude Shop Manager

On 19 December 2015, I bought two Proline Mobile phones, ADSL Router, Selfie stick and various other small items. I asked confirmation that the selfie stick works with the phones purchased. The shop manager assured me it will work. I proceeded to purchase everything. I gave my daughter the phone and Selfie Stick for X-mas.<br> When she unwrapped it and tried to use the selfie stick we found it does not work. I proceeded to take bake the phone and selfie stick just to be told,\Sorry the Selfie stick is not compatible with the phone you bought."I asked if they can order the correct item"
