<p>Hi,my 24 month contract which was taken with altech has expired. Glocell has taken over. The contract expired on 24 June 2016. I have sent in a cancellation letter as requested by glocell. A staff by the name Lynelle pillay confirmed the cancellation. It's November and I'm still getting debited. This is ******* as I have don't give permission after the 24 months.</p> <p>I need money refunded ASAP for the past 4 months. </p>
