Iligal contract

My contract with Glocell expired and I went to them to close the account. When I got there they told me that I can't close the account because there's a contract for another 24 month's. I didn't renew any contract with tem. I asked them to give me the signed contract up till date they couldn't gave me a contract. I stopped my debit order with them because its ilegal there's no contract with me. They handed me over to a debt councell. I can't pay for something that I didn't take out.
