If I could rate the a ZERO I would ! Terrible CUSTOMER service !

Glocell is the WORST of the WORST ! I have been trying to take out a NEW contract since the beginning of September 2017 , I keep being told they going to check the stock of the colour I want in the Iphone 7, and guess what NOBODY ever calls you back (not once have I received a call from Glocell in this month of trying) ! I have to keep calling (almost every 2nd day) you hold and hold and then get told someone will call you back - but that just a load of **** ... They clearly dont need any new business and judging from the 1.4 out of 10 , It goes to show ! This company needs to be shut down - I am even still suprised they still going ! What was Altech thinking when they handed all their clients over to Glocell. I will make sure I get my point across all social media platforms , as I dont think this company even deserves to be open.
