I CANT EVEN !!!!!

<p>Friday morning i requested an upgrade - half hour later i called in to advise the agent i would like to change that package . he advised me he would cancel the application and resubmit . My frustration comes from everything that happened hereafter - i had to call in numerous times a day to ensure all was on course as i NEVER received calls back when they stated they would cal me back. I had to follow up and fight with courier company who also just dont provide feedback. eventually the delivery came of the incorrect item , i informed Glocell and asked what ha happened as i was told all was correct and i should receive the correct item . they didnt even bother to document my query as when i called back again to followup as once again they said they would call me back and ever did - i was told there was nothing on system and that i now have to wait 7 days for this phone to be collected and thereafter can my application only go through . BEYONED ****ED OFF AT THIS **** SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <br />your agents need to learn how to get back to customers and how to put notes on system .. I WANT THIS SORTED !!!! or this phone incorrectly deliverd will connect a wall !</p>
