Horrific Service Provider

We tried to phone several times, you go through and eventually the phone just rings and then goes quiet! I've sent several emails - no reply whatsoever. My husband's CellC contract was transferred from Nashua Mobile, to Altech Autopage and now to GloCell. What a disaster. We do not know how to add data as the Standard Bank Internet Banking App only allows for airtime. CellC assistants can't help as they do not have my husband's details on their system. HOW DO WE ADD DATA on his phone and WHERE ON EARTH or HOW can we make contact with this GloCell! Apparently they have offices in Cape Town Central, but it is very inconvenient for my husband, a Pensioner, to get there. In my opinion the contract should be cancelled as it is now only a one-way-contract with no service provider to assist him when necessary! His number is *** but I should be contacted as he is hard of hearing. ***

I am unable to download your App as I am using a Windows phone and the App is not available there. I tried to upload it on my Samsung Tablet, but the tablet version is out of date. I downloaded your website installation, it shows "Installed" but then "no eligible devices for app install" So, that leaves me right back where I was. With much effort I managed to find out that Cell C do not sell "vouchers", so I had to go to Pep Stores to buy data on pay-as-you-go and topped up my data! So, thank you for nothing. Problem 2 in the meantime, AFTER I wrote to Hellopeter, my account was debited with R114 for AIRTIME. I am on a TOP UP contract and bought extra airtime myself! Again, no-one responded to my emails and your phone just keep ringing again! My husband went in to the Sea Point shop, which was very inconvenient from where we live, and finally someone there, Adnaan, sent me an email in which he copied me, that this amount be credited back into my banking account. I really hope that this was the last of our problems.
