Horrible service at Westwood

<p>I took an upgrade Samsung J5 at Westwood mall Glocell on the 2nd of May 2017 but when I got home the phone would not read the sim card, I reported and dropped off the phone with them the following morning. They checked the phone tried inserting sim cards but phone would not read them then they said they will send the phone back for an “OBF”. I requested a spare phone and they said I could have it the following day because another customer had it and they will return it the following day. Westwood stuff including the manager (Shaylen) who was dealing with my case, do not feedback and I had to call them to find out what’s the latest with the spare phone and the”OBF”. I went to the shop on the 4th of May 2017, only to find out that the phone has not even been sent away for OBF and the spare phone that was promised was not there but no feedback was given before that the customer has not return the phone and they have problem with delivery so the phone is sitting with them. I decided to cancel the upgrade deal. I contacted them yesterday to confirm that my upgrade was cancelled and the manager Shaylen said he doesn’t know he’s still waiting for the “OBF” report –This is now three weeks later. Then he said he will know by end of the day and update me –obviously he never called. My upgrade was for the number ********** 404.</p>
