Horrible Horrible Service from Glocell

<p>I had a cellphone contract with Autopage and it was taken over by Glocell. I have reached the end of my contract and I have already submitted by notice to cancellation within good time but the contract still has not been cancelled. I tried calling the call centre and my call gets dropped after 15mins. I have sent many emails but none are answered. I do not know what to do now. How do I carry on paying for a cancelled contract with no one to help me resolve the matter? So disappointed and frustrated.</p>
