Horrible customer service

<p>Been hung up on 3 times by call center consultants. Winnie Ngcaku promised to send a cancellation quote on 25 August and still no communication from her and she has ignored further emails. What kind of business is this? They stall so thy can keep billing you even though you dont use their service.</p>
