My organisation had contracts with NashuaMobile that were transferred to Altech Autopage and subsequently transferred to Glocell, all because of the respective companies selling our data to the respective companies.

Glocell then requested us to complete a new contract with them, promising a review of the contracts which they claimed were incorrectly structured. This never happened, and despite a meeting with two of their Accounts Executives, who disappeared from the face of the earth, Glocell continued charging us exhorbitant amounts. In July 2016 we requested termination of four contracts whose contract had expired. We were made to complete contract termination forms which were sent to them, yet they continued to charge us for those numbers. In April this year (2018) we terminated all contracts as we no longer needed them. To date, 12 July 2018 we are still being charged and just received an invoice from them.

I have tried to speak to their CEO, but their Call Centre staff will not transfer me. We are now ready to take this matter to our Attorneys, unless they immediately cancel these contracts and refund us all the money that has been "**********ly" deducted from our account.

I do not expect them to respond and will await feedback with bated breath!!!!
