Highly frustrated

<p>I am so frustrated with Glocell. I have been trying to terminate my conract form June this year and get the same answer every time I phone o r Email them. The matter has been escalated to the relevant deartment. I really do not know how to proceed with this as they are taking money form my bank account and I can't stop them!What do we do???</p>
