HIGHLY FRUSTATED

<p>Highly Frusted <br />I have tried contacting Glocell telephonically numerous times, but end up holding on for 20 minutes everytime. I eventually hang up, because nobody answers and this is no matter what time of day or night you call. I have tried to contact them via mail email cannot even keep count because every morning i ask for feedback and get no response. I thought maybe if i include the CEO i would get a response but guess what I think the CEO is a wimp and cannot deal with customers him/herself. I need to know what steps can we as customer take to insist they close this business down because they offer a customer service and i personally dont think they are equipt to deal with the public at all.</p>
