Handed over to debt collectors for ********** account

On the 10 January 2018, I received sms stating that I owe GloCell R24580.06 despite attempts asking me to pay which was the first time I heard about.

I tried to contact Glocell but I was kept on hold for about 15 minutes. I logged a query on Experian.website but had never received any response.

Why is it easy for Experian to sell/gives our info to strangers and yet it is so difficult to interact with clients. Now I am stuck with this poor credit profile
