Goodell MSC cruise going nowhere fast
<p>I have made numerous calls since 1 November 2016. most of the times it just rings,sometimes the call is dropped from the menu.</p> <p>My wife spoke to Lungile twice and was said it was emailed to me. I checked continuously but nothing.</p> <p>I.once got through to.Luck yesterday who said both Lungile and Suresh (from Marketing who finalised bookings) were not in yet but was not sure when they would be in. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that she was not allowed to transfer calls to managers.</p> <p>Hence making the staff unaccountable and untouchable.</p> <p>Anyone else managed to miraculously secure a booking ? Please share.</p>

This cruise is a ****. I received an email yesterday stating that the cruise is fully booked for 2017. This is utter nonsense as the promotion in May 2016 clearly stated that the cruise was eligible for all who take a contract with Goodell. the call center agents also assured that the cruise was guaranteed. nowhere did it state that the cruise was subject to "promotional availability". which is now the pitch being used.
I have paid R1600 for passports not to mention the fact that my kid's hopes for this holiday have been shattered.
I will be pursuing all avenues including filing a ******** case at SAPS for misrepresentation and ***** by Glocell as they have contravene this condition of the contract. I will be forwarding this to the various media, including the newspapers, local tabloids as well as consumer forums and radio shows.
Anybody that has also been ******** can contact me with their email addresses as I will be compiling a petition against Glocell.
We can at least stop other people from being ********.
