Glowcell glows with pathetic service!

In 2017 I took up a contract with Glocell as they had a cruise that came with some contracts. The option I took was the Smart Data 5GB. This also came with5573 mifi router. They delivered the incorrect router, I called them back and asked them to come fetch it but they didn't come. I recently checked my credit score and I appear to owe Glocell. Now suddenly the contract is for July 2018 and I owe R1000. The simcard is still sealed along with the router they sent me, I have no clue why they say I owe them.When I do call in they say they gona find phone call conversations between me and them and never come back to me. Please learn from my mistake and stay away from these people.
