Glocess MSC Cruise a *****\Hoax

<p>Took out a GloCell contract with the promise of a cruise. We sent through all the relevant documents and received a unique code. There after waited till the cruise was open for booking in November 2016. Sent through the documents stating where and which cruise for what dates. Confirmation SMS was with the booking form stating that I will receive feedback. To date nothing. I called numerous times, sent emails and sent messages on social media. But nothing!! After which I called GloCell and get disconnected numerous times. Finally a kind gentleman Rafael boatman who takes my call and surprisingly returns my calls and emails. No phones were answered, I think this was a tactic to delay the booking. What a nerve recently my account has been handed over for non payment. No one has the decency to give us(Customers any explanation. I have now decided to go to consumer protection service or to the marketing advertising ombudsman and take on ligal actions becaouse we were obviously conned and ripped by this company. </p>
