Glocell's lack of professionalism and terrible communication.

So only once I posted here did Glocell get back to me.... Also whoever messaged me was quite rude and needs to learn better communication s****s. After my review about Glocell I got a text with banking details, no greeting or who its from . When asked who it was the reply was "insurance" I asked is it Glocell or for my phone they responded "yes" and then "excess". That is very "professional" on your behalf you guys really know how to deal with customers and how to "deliver a service".
