When transferred to a consultant line is cut off or you are hung up on. </p> <p> </p> <p>When speaking to the automated voice system it just navigates you into a long silence. You don't know if you are waiting for an operator or not. </p> <p>WoW glocell really did not plan this buyout from autopage well at all. Poor service and way over their heads. As soon as I get my simswop done with you I'm done. I'm due for upgrade but please keep it. I want nothing to do with mediocre service and less willing to help employees. Most likely understaffed and ***********. </p>
