Glocell worst customer service i ever experience

<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note this is the worst customer service i ever experience</p> <p>I have app**** for a contract about 3 months ago and i still have not received it.</p> <p>I have called the call centre many time fist 2 time they said the application was not processed on the</p> <p>System i and had to recapture it.When i called them a week later they said there still cannot find it</p> <p>On the system. i have called them many time and they are still not able to tell me when will i receive my oder my phone bill has come over R300 rand i have sent many emails and no one has called me back customer care department is doing nothing to resolve this problem</p> <p> </p>
