Glocell - Useless and pathetic

<p>Our lines are barred, going now for 5 days.</p> <p>Spoke to a clerk this morning. This was the most useless ****ing phone call I’ve had with glocell to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>She just told me that the lines will be reconnected in 3 days time.</p> <p>Nothing more.</p> <p>No answers as to why we were cut, why it is so complicated. NOTHING!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please tell me how I can go to Vodacom TODAY to proceed with new contracts there on our existing numbers.</p> <p>This is really all we want.</p> <p> </p> <p>GLOCELL DO NOT CARE.</p>
