Glocell upgrade cellphone

<p>Good evening. I upgrade my phone 4 weeks ago with glocell. Very bad service. A lady by the name Sue phone me said the phone will be delivered within few days. That was 4 weeks ags still wait for phone. I phoned about every day nobody can help or have the decency to phone back. I phoned again last week just to hear phone was ****** at couriers. They will phone back that day before 5. Still nothing. Tonight i phone ********** a man just tell me to hold on after 16min i hang up. I am so fedup because there is no service nobody can help me. The phone on my name but its my daughters phone in polokwane. She went to glocell there they could not help her because we already upgrade on phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont know what to do anymore.
