GLOCELL TRICKS PEOPLE INTO SIGNING 24 MNTH CONTRACT WITH FALSE PROMISE OF MSC CRUISE

<p>After numerous calls to Glocell I have not even received my sms to get me to register for the cruise. Everytime I phone , that is if you can actually speak to a customer service consultant, they just tell me not to worry and they will log a complaint and i will surely receive my sms in due time. But nothing. I have holded on for twenty minutes now after selection option 2 for customer care support just to end up at sales - and then another about 10 minutes just to reach a voice message to leave a message which will most probably not even be attended to. </p> <p> </p> <p>My mom took this contract out for me on her name, and numerous times I have phoned them to sort this out but with no luc****</p> <p> </p> <p>She also send them an email the other day regarding an extra 500meg data bundle that I pay for but was not once loaded to my accountt???</p> <p> </p> <p>The service is pathetic with no way of complaining for you cannot get hold of anybody</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
