The worst call centre in Africa..possibly the world. They claim customers must call ********** for help then that number re-routes you to cell c who then say they can't assist you. Their head office number takes you as far as no1 in the queue and that's where the call is cut. 40 minutes of airtime later feeling frustrated and disgusted. Thinking of taking out a contract with Glocell?..Think again. They are *******.
