Glocell/TLC poor service (MSC CRUISE )

<p>We took out a contract on 13 june 2016 and qualified to get the free cruise. To date we have been battling with both companies to get out voucher. The one is passing the buck to the other. We have spent hours on the phone with both companies and just get promised but still nothing.</p>
