Glocell: They don't pay back your deposits

<p>Glocell charges a R5000 international roaming "Deposit", but when you ask for the deposit to be returned, they just don't do it!</p> <p>I paid this deposit in September last year and was told that I would get it back as soon as I returned from my trip in Germany. I got back later that same month and started asking for the deposit, but was told that my roaming would be switched off again. This is completely opposed to what I was told by multiple call center agents beforehand. </p> <p>Long story short - since the 20th of January 2017 I have been demanding to finally get my deposit back. It is now a month later and I still have not got my money. The special service consultant that was assigned to me (Freddy Simelane ********** has even stopped communicating with me altogether. For 10 days I have not had any reply from him. </p> <p>The Glocell service is appaling! They are unresponsive, the call centre agents are totally uninformed and will tell you anything they want. The special service comnsultants they employ to appease customers that threaten to expose their appaling practices are happy to lie to you. </p> <p>Don't ever give Glocell any deposit as you will have to fight tooth and nail to get it back. </p>
