Glocell - The Mobile Failure

<p>Account Number - AP- ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I requested my contract to be cancelled on 30/05/2016 via email to various email addresses provided by Autopage Cellular group - that has been bought over by Glocell according to the consultant at Autopage. </p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the Glocell Call Centre on numerous occasions with no success. Utterly *********** Call Centre Service. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have proof in writing that my contract with Glocell be cancelled from 30/05/2016 - however Glocell still bills me up to date and has now handed me over to their legal department. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will proceed with Legal action against Glocell if this is not resolved within 48 hours. The fees charged for the months of June till up to date have to reversed, i will settle the outstanding balance up to May 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I await your urgent response on this highly important matter. </p>
