Glocell steeling your Money

No service for the past year: Glocell has started charging me R5 a day which they said I agreed to receive these sms's.

However it is impossible as it is a ****le device that can not except sms's or subscribe to any service as it has no key functionality.

I have been complaining for more than a year with no joy, I even stopped paying the account so they could suspend it and stop the charges as it is R5 a day !

No person has phoned or helped me to cancel this.

Their service personal is rude and unprofessional, they can not put you through to a supervisor as there are never one available.

My next step will be ombud!
