glocell steel the glo of your cell

Not happy at all with Glocell. The sold me a contract in March 2016. the amount over the phone for a iphone 6 plus would have been R540 p/m which I said yes to. contract consisting of 100 sms's, 100 minutes and 500mb of data... my phone was deliverd late, I only received a iphone 6, the call centre never answered my calls. emails was sent with a delivery note stating, they have high volumes of emails, the will get back to me. April month end they deducted R1100 from my bank account, sent another email, with response that they will get back to me. As we live in a remote part of SA our nearest glocell is in middelburg, 150 km from us. When no feedback was received, I visited glocell in middelburg mall, they said they could do nothing for me as I took out the contract over the phone. up untill now I have not signed a contract with glocell, I have received nothing in my emails except the emails stating that they will get back to me. I have even stopped a payment trhrough internetbanking but still they deducted it again the following month, but not once have they called me. How is it possible that one pay that amount of money and get nothing in return. My son has the same package and we only pay R250 per month. Really I need help.
