GLOCELL SHOULD NOT EXIST

<p>I ordered a device from GloCell which I never received. I followed up with them after a month just to find out that it was never captured on their system but I will receive the device within 5 working days. After 2 months I still did not receive anything from them and when they eventually wanted to deliver the device I told them I'm not intrested anymore.</p> <p>A debit order was deducted from my bank account and no one could assist me.</p> <p>No answer their phones and when they do they tell you they will come back to you which never happens.</p> <p>I was told that my enquiry was in a cue for cancellation and everything is sorted out, just to have another debit order deducted from my account.</p> <p>Head office phone's ring for an hour and then cuts off.</p> <p>This is theft!!!!</p>
