Glocell SH***T service ever!!!
<p>I signed up for a contract with Glocel in May 2016"WORST MISTAKE I'VE EVER DONE" I told them the debit should be on the 15th of each month ,but guess what ? The was no debit done for 2 months but to my surprise in July 2016 the debit went off on the 31st without my approval no one even botherd to phone to rectify this.Again this month August 2016 the debit didn't go off on the 15th as agreed so I assume the new debit is now the 31st and the worst thing is that even their customer care center is not helpful at all they seem clueless about my situation as they kept on saying on their side it shows my debit is on the 15th ....plz Glocell you realy need to pick yo game up smell the coffee!!!</p>
