Glocell's did not keep their end of the deal - MSC Boat Cruise

<p>After numerous telephone calls to Glocell and reports on Hellopeter, Glocell have failed to respond to me about the MSC boat cruise which I am entitled to after signing up a contract with them. Im sure myself and many customers were mislead with false advertising, as how it encouraged me to waste money taking up an additional contract I didnt need, and to get my families passports and documents ready for a cruise to nowhere!!! This is the lowest move Glocell has ever made to get new suscribers to profit off and, not keep their end of the deal! Other than receiving many emails from Glocell that my booking form will be processed within 10 days and no other response. Also the fact that they have showed no interest in communicating with me during the 1.5 years I spent trying to contact them asking for a response. This shows how much interest Glocell has in customer service. I will never use Glocell again and do not recommend Glocell to anyone as from my experience they are not a reputable service provider. I cannot wait for my contract to reach its end and expect to be reimbursed for the trouble!!!</p>
