Glocell promotional cruise

<p>I took a promotional upgrade deal with Glocell where you get a free cruise but it seems like impossible to book the cruise. You dont get through on the phone lines and they dont come back to you by email. I wonder if this was a marketing **** to get you to up grade and then nothing is happening. Does anybody have the same problems? If so lets speak up and get the media involved because this is not on.</p>
