GLOCELL PHONE LINES

What has happened to this company. I have spent around 3 hours on the phone over the past 2 days trying to get through to somebody - just to do a sim swap!!! I hold on for 20 minutes until I am 'number 2' in the queue and then get cut off or told to leave a message!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am in Centurion, the only outlet you have is in Midrand. This is not the first time I have complained about Glocell. Terrible service!!!!!! Get your phone lines sorted.
