Glocell pathetic service

Glo cell suspended my dads phone on Saturday without informing us, after paying and phoning the line was opened, last night at 19h00 it was suspended again.

upon phoning this morning, we where advised that payments where allocated to last year resulting in 2000 cell phones being suspended. Dispite sending an email with the proof attached and getting a response we are now told we paid into the wrong account, this is the second time I've paid to this account was never told it was a problem.
