Glocell No Service

You cannot complain about the service of Glocell because there is NONE!! Really mad - i am due for an upgrade in this week - was told you have to upgrade online now? But no were on the Glocell web page is upgrade info? I have send a email complaint and will properly not get an reply - i want to cancel my contract - if i do not get any reply from them i will stop my debit order,
