Glocell MSC cruise *******

<p>Glocell has provided bad service from day 1. I merely took out the contract for the MSC cruise which the sales consultant guaranteed & I am sure that the calls are recorded. Being given the unique code by Glocell actually meant nothing as they did not even check with TLC if they exceeded any allocation of seats etc. This was just a sales gimmick & they are now hiding behind their T&C's apply. Can anybody advise a way forward PLEASE</p>
