GLOCELL MSC CRUISE PATHETIC
<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p>I hope you are able to assist or expose these people</p> <p>Glocell ran a promotion saying if you sign up a new contract with in a specific time frame you are eligible for a Msc cruise to nowhere.....I followed instructions as required and the other day just got an email from them stating there is no cruises available anymore and they compensating us with AIRTIME AND DATA to the value of the cruise (bull**** man) i want what was promised after all that is the reason we signed the deal!!!</p> <p><br />Please can this be investigated or something there is loads of other people like me</p> <p><br />Thanking you for your time </p>

We regret that despite the managing agent’s reassurances that there would have been more than enough capacity of promotional Cruises, it turns out that this has subsequently been depleted and there is nothing that GloCell can do further. We remind that part of the promotional conditions was that this was subject to promotional availability and that if needed GloCell could provide a different reward, hence the R8,000 Discount..
