Glocell MSC Cruise - Dismal Customer Service

Like MANY others, I entered into a contract with Glocell under the premise that I would qualify for a free MSC Cruise. I filled out the first round of forms and tried to get in contact with the call center to make a booking. Countless of minutes wasted, hundreds of Rands in airtime only to hear "Your call is important to us, please wait for an avaible agent". Does Glocell only hire one call center agent?

I find it funny that Glocell would then try to pawn off the blame to the underlying provider, TLC. You chose them as a provider, take some responsibilty for your actions. But that said, I received a second round of forms (Glocell MSC Cruise Campaign Customer Detail Form) to complete. After completing those forms, I recieved the following SMS:

"We confirm receipt of your Detail Form for the MSC Cruise. Thank you for your patience, we intend accomodating you and will be in touch shortly"

Nice SMS, and I appreciate the urgency that is imp****. Except that I received this SMS on 3 DECEMBER 2016! Its been MORE THAN A MONTH and still no contact from Glocell or TLC.

So being the "patient" type of guy that I am, I tried calling again today (9 January 2017) only to hear old faithful "Your call is important to us..."

Still no feedback, still no booking has been made. And seeing as the cruises are starting up for 2017, I don't even know if I will get the cruise dates that I want.

This is absolutly dismal customer service, as I have jumped through all the hoops you asked me to, with little to no feedback.

If I am not accomodated on a cruise of my choosing, Glocell can expect to here from my lawyers.
