Glocell? More like NO-CeLL!!!
<p>A few months ago Autopage went bankrupted and sold all the exsisting customers to the cellphone provider GloCell.</p> <p>There was no choice in the matter, it was a done deal and Glocell was now your service prodiver.</p> <p> </p> <p>About a week a go I noticed my cell phone data wasnt working.</p> <p>Thinking there was something wrong with my phone, i went to the Sea Point Glocell branch in Cape Town.</p> <p>Once I was there I was told my phone had been capped and I was no longer allowed any more data for the month.</p> <p>I was shocked! Glocell did not inform me of this new policy that they had implimented.</p> <p>Apparently their new approcah is to take a estimate of what you spend a month - and cap you when you reach your limit.</p> <p>A completely different method that Autopage had been practising for years.</p> <p>Regardless of this new policy - I have not had a working cell phone for over a wee****!</p> <p>No information has been given, nor have I had and call from GloCell after I laied a complaint.</p> <p>I had to fill in a form to extend my data limit which was apparently going to take 48 hours to be activated.</p> <p>All of this happened around my 30th Birthday which of course made making plans and arrangements very diffcult, not being able to communicate!</p> <p>Im still with NO CELL a week later- Thanks a lot GloCell! </p>
