Glocell MCS Boat Cruise ****

<p>On 3 November 2016 i sent in my booking for the boat cruise scheduled to leave end Jan 2017 - since i received NO reply from Glocell, i contacted them twice in December 2016 (What a struggle to get through to them telephonically!!!!!) to confirm if my booking was sucessfull. Two separate staff members confirmed on two different occasions that my booking was sucessfull and that we are scheduled to go on our boat cruise in January 2017 - according to them my booking confirmation was going to be emailed to me - yes sure!!!! By 13 Jan 2017 i did not received the confirmation so i phoned them again (again a struggle to reach them telephonically) just to be told by a "Manager" that we are not booked on this cruise anymore and there are now different people that is handling the promotion and we will be given vouchers and will have to re-book everthing!!!!! I was given a number to contact and still no luck as you hold on forever on the given number with no one actually answering the phone. This is the most horific service i have ever experienced and i am still stuck with no final answer from Glocell being referred from one person to the next. I feel that this is false advertising and will not recommend any promotions from this company to anyone!!!! Someone from Glocell needs to contact me urgently because i will be taking further steps if this is not resolved !!!</p>
