Glocell just continues Cellular bad service - nothing new

Glocell bought out Altech Autopage and took over their "Contracts". My Contract with Autopage had finished and was a month to month arrangement> I had notied them of my wanting to port my number. Then came Glocell - my first bill of over R1000, where normal spend is around R170. I was charged for a phone I had paid off in Dec 2013. I was charged for S-Drive. On visiting their Store, the people in their Hillcrest store could not give me any explanation of what it was. So I took off the 5 S-Drive payments (R39x5=R195) and have been cut off by a Cameron Nickel at head office. He called me and when I explained the situation and asked to see the list of ALL calls from the time they took over, but he was only able to supply one month, and some other "Itemised" bills that only showed the six numbers I called most often. I explained the S-Drive and he at least knew what it was, and that it would be removed. I have had no phone access - in or out since 16th September, and yet I have received a full account for September giving a total cost of use at around R280. So Glocell , whom I have no Contract with, has blocked my phone and charged normal use for it. I don't think there is a worse service industry in South Africa that the Cell Phone industry. Cell C have just partnered with a worse service than their own
