GloCell is useless. PLEASE help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>In terms of service, GloCell is one of the worst!</p> <p>(1) It is basically impossible to get hold of them. On ********** you hold forever and often get disconnected</p> <p>(2) When you do get through the call centre agents are unable to assist.</p> <p>(3) Since 11 May (almost 6 weeks now!) I have been trying to migrate 2 numbers from contract to prepaid. We've made numerous calls and I sent about 60 e-mails. All I get is lame excuses and the same uninformative answer over and over and over. But no action.</p> <p>GloCell can you please migrate these 2 numbers NOW. And communicate with me PROPERLY (NOT via anonymous ********** !!!!</p>
