GloCell is useless and *****ing peoples money.

they have been trying to help for 2 weeks now and i am getting sick and tired of having a phone that does not do its job. The purpose of instant messaging is for it to be instant and not go through 3 hours later. Emails are not been received on time. SMS's are not coming threw on time so internet banking i cant do as they send OTP to my phone which i cant receive till 5 hours later. My phone sometimes works meaning someone tries to call me and it sometimes comes threw other times it goes threw to mail box. Since GloCell has taken over my contract without my permission they have been a nightmare. I have had no use of my phone for 2 weeks but i have had to still pay. I should get my money back for everyday it does not work.
