Glocell is the ****piest service provider ever

<p>Glocell is the most uproffesional and unorganised service provider ever. They have the ****pest customer call centre, I litterally sit on the the phone for 2 - 3 hours per day for one week now trying to get hold of the customer complaints line. They deduct debit orders from my bank account which I do not authorize!! They add items to my bill which I do not ask for and when questioned about it they refer you to the next person whom drops the call. I am sick and tired of Glocell. I hate their service I hate their poor administration and I hate that I still have to be with them for another 18 months of this ****. </p>
